1 cup grape jelly
1 cup chili sauce
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small saucepan, combine grape jelly and chili sauce. Heat until jelly is melted.

Combine remaining ingredients. Form meat mixture into 50 or 60 bite sized meatballs. Place meatballs in shallow baking pan and pour chili sauce mixture over them. Stir gently to coat.

Bake meatballs 15 minutes or until cooked well done. Serve warm.
