1/2 small Vidalia onion (or sweet onion), finely grated
1/2 large green bell pepper, finely grated
2 celery heart stalks, finely grated
2 medium carrots, finely grated
3 pkg (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
Tbsp 2 to 5 Kraft Mayonnaise to make spreadable
Dash of salt

All veggies should be drained after grating, reserving the liquid, which can be combined. May adjust veggie amounts to your preference.
Mix all grated ingredients with the softened cream cheese. (May use some of the juices from the grated veggies to enhance flavor.) Add mayo a tablespoon at a time until spreading consistency is achieved, add dash of salt.
May be spread thinly on thin white or brown bread or breads of your choice, and cut into party sandwiches. May be used as spread on all types of crackers, or I use as a tomato topper.
