Cook macaroni according to package. Once cooked, drain macaroni.
In same pot, melt butter or margarine. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and celery salt to taste. Add tomato juice and simmer. Add Philadelphia pimento dip, stirring to melt the cheese. Once cheese is melted added the macaroni back and stir to incorporate the sauce. Transfer macaroni to a buttered casserole and top with Kraft Single Slices.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees F until single slices have melted. Let stand approximately 5 minutes before serving.
