Using separate pans; boil chicken breasts till done; steam broccoli; cook rice according to directions on box. In a large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients excluding the cheese. When chicken is done, drain and rinse to cool. Pull chicken apart into shredded, somewhat bite-sized pieces; add to mixture in bowl.
Using a 9 x 13 baking pan, spread cooked rice evenly in bottom of pan. Layer broccoli evenly on top of rice. Pour chicken mixture over the rice and broccoli layers spreading evenly. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350 degrees F preheated oven for 30 minutes or till cheese looks browned and bubbly, if that is the way you like your cheese! Spoon onto plate and ENJOY!!
