Let's Make It
Combine softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and mustard and mix until well blended. Add finely chopped vegetables and cracker crumbs to cheese mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a foil lined 1 quart container and chill overnight.
Unmold on serving platter and garnish with pimento or green olives. Serve with crackers.
