1 jar artichoke hearts, drained but not necessary
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (save some for top)
Garlic powder to own taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor.

Pour into greased oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle some of the parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 min. Then cool for 15 min. Serve with your favorite crackers.
