Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 jar (24 oz.) salsa
1 pkg 10" tortillas
2 cups sour cream
6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
Shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and taco seasoning. Drain.

Spread 1/2-1 cup salsa in a 13" x9" pan. Layer tortillas first, then 1/2 the meat, sour cream, cheese and salsa. Repeat layer.

Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, uncovered, before serving. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and salsa.
