1 lg. ripe mango, peeled, chopped
1 med red pepper, chopped
1 med onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
4 (6 oz.) tuna steaks

Preheat grill.

To make the salsa, combine mango, pepper, onion, cilantro and lime juice in a nonreactive bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Can be made ahead to this point.

Brush tuna steaks with a little olive oil and grill for approximately 10 minutes over high heat. Serve topped with a little of the mango salsa.
