In 12 inch frying pan, pour oil and heat on medium. Chop salt pork and add to frying pan. While salt pork is sauteing, chop onions and add to salt pork, cook until tender. Add can of stewed tomatoes, simmer on low heat about 20 min.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions. When done, pour into colander and rinse with hot water.
Add spaghetti to frying pan. Mix well, salt & pepper to taste. Simmer on low 30 min. Serve and enjoy.
