A few drops Worcestershire sauce
1 small egg, beaten
A little milk
4 hard-boiled eggs
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep-fat frying

1. Mix the cheese, flour, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce together. Bind with the beaten egg and a little milk.

2. Coat the hard-boiled eggs with the mixture. Roll in the bread crumbs.

3. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain and serve hot or cold with salad.
