2 stalk s celery, rough cut
2-3 carrots, rough cut (or 1 bag prewashed baby carrots)
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Seasonings of choice (I use salt & pepper, garlic, thyme or dill)
1 can mushrooms, drained (or 1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced)
1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
8 red potatoes, scrubbed & sliced in half (optional)
