Cook and dice the chicken. Mix in the onions and peppers until soft.
Meanwhile cook the rice. Add rice to chicken mixture. Add the dip to mixture and any veggies you may want to add.
Put a spoonful into tortilla wrap and roll it up. Then bake them at 350 degrees F just until the wraps are crispy. Cool and eat.
