Fried Rice

Original recipe yields 1 serving
Rice:
3 cups rice
6 cups water
Mix-Ins:
2 drops vegetable oil
A few stems of broccoli
1 carrot, diced
4 mushrooms, chopped
Any other vegetables you want
Soy sauce to taste

Cook rice and set aside in fridge at least 3 hours prior to cooking the vegetables

Turn on burner to medium. Pour vegetable oil into large pan. Put broccoli and carrots in and stir-fry until the vegetables start to get soft. Add mushrooms. Pour soy sauce on top (if desired) and mix vegetables.

In a smaller pan, scramble eggs, and then add them to the vegetables. When everything looks cooked enough, mix in rice. Add some more soy sauce. Make sure rice gets warm enough for your taste. Scoop the fried rice into a large bowl. Enjoy!
