Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 jar (46 oz.) dill pickles
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed

Drain pickle slices, soak pickles in cold water for 20 min.

Repeat again for 10 min. using fresh water.

Drain pickles, put back in jar. Add sugar, vinegar, and mustard seed.

Let set 24 hours at room temperature.

Refrigerate, enjoy.
