Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle salt & pepper on chicken breasts on both sides (go easy on the salt). Place chicken breasts in a small round cake pan.
In separate bowl create sauce by mixing cream of mushroom soup and wine (if you think the sauce is too thick, you can add 1 tsp. of water, the natural chicken juices should make sauce a little thinner.) Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until cooked through. Check chicken breast with a knife and fork to make sure chicken is completely cooked.
Put the chicken breasts on a plate. Place a slice of Swiss cheese over each chicken breast. Pour remaining sauce over chicken breasts.
