2/3 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup oats
12 egg whites
2 capfuls vanilla
A liberal shake of ground cinnamon
A liberal shake of sugar substitute

Mix all the ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds.

Then, divide the mixture into six "scoops", usually 1/4 to 1/3 cup each.

Pour each "scoop" over a medium heat skillet, flipping each side like a pancake until done.
