1/2 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 green bell pepper
1/2 lb or 1 sm. can mushrooms
1 med onion, diced
1 large diced tomato
2 cups broccoli, cut in small pieces

Cook spaghetti. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cool.

Boil olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Cool. Dice vegetables, mix all together.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve cold.
