Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 cups cubed chicken (3 whole or 6 halves of boneless skinless chicken breasts)
1 & 1/2 cups celery
2 cups green grapes cut in 1/2
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 & 1/2 – 3 tsp. curry powder

Microwave chicken in glass dish with Saran wrap for 10 minutes.

Once cooked, place under cold running water. Cut chicken into bite-size cubes. Chop up the celery and cut the grapes in half. Put in bowl with chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

Chill for at least one hour. Enjoy!
