Cut pork steak into approximately 1" cubes, remove larger pieces of fat from around edges. Put in large bowl & pour dressing/marinade over meat. Stir to coat well. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for about 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Take 4 skewers, thread about 8 or 10 pieces of meat on each.
Place on fairly hot barbecue grill, for about 10 minutes, then turn, and cook another 10 minutes or so, until meat is browned. (OR you can place the skewers on a cookie sheet for about 10 minutes on each side).
