Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 cups beef cut into stripes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Chinese salt
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp salt
2 green chilies, finely sliced
4 Tbsp oil
Green chili (garnish)

Mix beef, garlic, soy sauce, Chinese salt, vinegar, corn flour, brown sugar, sesame seed oil, salt and green chilies. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

Put 4 Tbsp. of oil in a saucepan. Add the beef mixture when oil turns very very hot. Stir fry until the beef changes its colour.

Now add sesame seed oil and garnish with green chili. Serve it hot with rice.
