Sautee onions and celery in margarine till transparent. Take off heat, and add cooked diced chicken and shredded cheese to onion/celery mixture; stir till blended. Put in bottom of casserole dish.
For second layer, top with Stove Top Chicken Stuffing mix. Then pour can of cream of chicken (mixed with broth of cooked chicken, instead of water) over all.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for about 40 minutes, till bubbly.
