Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Clean chicken breast and remove skin, drain in colander.
Spray Pyrex pan with Pam. Place drained chicken breast in pan. Pour soy sauce over chicken and place butter on top of each chicken breast.
Place in oven. Turn chicken over after 1/2 hour. Cook another 1/2 hour or until chicken is done to your likeness.
