Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef (low fat)
1/2 cup white rice (uncooked)
1 onion, diced
1/3 cup water
Salt & pepper
16 oz can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
Tabasco sauce

Combine beef, rice, onion, 1/3 cup water, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into balls and arrange in a casserole dish.

Combine soup, 1/2 cup of water and a dash of Tabasco sauce in a jug and pour over meatballs.

Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350°F...stir 1/2 way through.
