In a large bowl add ranch dressing, sugar and vinaigrette. Mix thoroughly and set to the side.
Then chop, measure and open the packages of all of the other ingredients. Dump them all in the large bowl and toss until vegetables are coated.
Cover and chill until time to serve. When it is time to serve, I sprinkle some extra sunflower seeds and raisins on top.
