Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
24 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Cut potatoes in 1 inch cubes. Place half in greased 13x9 inch casserole. Season with salt & pepper and half the bacon. Top with half the sour cream, half the mozzarella, half the cheddar, and half the green onions.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or 'til cheeses are melted.
