For stuffing: Heat olive oil, add flavored bread crumbs and cayenne pepper. Brown slightly and add Kraft Parmesan Cheese. Stir and add drained chopped anchovies. Stir with fork.
Start with uncooked artichokes. Cut off top and bottom stem. Use kitchen shears to trim all the sharp tips. After washing, spread the leaves and put the stuffing in deeply into as many places as you can. I used a grapefruit spoon. Sprinkle a little on top.
Use a steamer in a pot just large enough to hold the artichokes. Stand upright. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 35-40 minutes. Test by pulling out one of the leaves.
