1. Crush chips and place into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
2. Boil and debone chicken and place on top of chips.
3. Mix Ro*Tel, and soups in large bowl, and pour on top of chicken.
4. Place in 350 degrees F oven for 30-35 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and add cheese over top. Place back in oven for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese melts.
