pounds 1 to 1-1/4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
1 (1-1/4 oz.) package of dry taco seasoning mix
1 16 oz can of refried beans, heated
3 cups shredded lettuce
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 cups Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Heat tostada shells according to package instructions.
In medium skillet, quickly cook chicken strips and onion in butter until chicken is browned. Add salsa and seasoning mix. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
To assemble, spread 1 heaping tablespoon refried beans on each shell. Spoon on approximately 1/3 cup chicken mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Garnish with coriander, if desired.
