Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Cook in butter on med-high heat for about 5 minutes, until cooked through. Pour in the 2 cans of soup. Heat through. Stir in cheese to melt.
Pour mixture into 9X13 pan. Arranged biscuits on top. Follow instructions on biscuit can to bake in oven (usually 11-13 minutes). Voila!
