Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup uncooked regular or quick cooking oats
1 1/2 oz Post Shredded Wheat Cereal, crumbled
1 1/2 oz Post Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup soft spread margarine
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pitted dates (chopped)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In large bowl combine ingredients in order listed. Mix well.

Spray a 13" x 9" pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Cut into 16 equal bars.
