1) Combine 1/3 cup of the soup, chicken, 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs, and poultry seasoning in a medium bowl. Mix well and shape into balls. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2) Spread 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs on a sheet of aluminum foil. Roll chicken croquette balls in the bread crumbs. Make sure they are evenly coated.
3) Spray the bottom of a large frying pan with cooking spray. Turn the burner on medium heat. Place about 6 croquettes in the pan and brown on all sides. Repeat until you have browned all the croquettes.
4) Heat up the can of gravy and serve over croquettes.
