Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs (about 20 cookies)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp 1% milk
1 jar (7-ounce) marshmallow creme
1/4 cup creme de menthe
2 Tbsp white creme de cacao
8 ounces frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
3 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
2 tsp chocolate syrup

In a small bowl, combine crumbs and butter; mix with fork until moist. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.

Combine milk and marshmallow creme; microwave on high (100 % power) 1 minute; stir after 30 seconds. Add creme de menthe, creme de cacao and whipped topping; stir until blended.

Spread ice cream into prepared pan; top with marshmallow mixture.

Freeze at least 6 hours. Ten minutes before serving, remove from freezer to soften. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before slicing and serving.
