In springform pan, spread cookie dough across the bottom of the pan and bake about 10 minutes or until not doughy.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add juice concentrate. Mix in crushed strawberries. Add Cool Whip; stir until blended. Pour over sugar cookies.
Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Top with strawberries halves and whipped cream.
