8 slices of bread
1 1/2 lb sausage
3/4 cup shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Let's Make It

Grease pan. Cut bread into cubes and spread over bottom of pan. Brown sausage, drain, and place over bread. Sprinkle cheese over top.

Blend eggs, soup, milk, and salt & pepper. Pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
