1/2 cup Key lime or regular lime juice
1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip
1 Tbsp lime zest
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

BEAT together sweetened condensed milk and lime juice with electric mixer until and thickened.

FOLD in Cool Whip and lime zest.

SPOON mixture into baked pie shell; cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving, or until set.
