In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well but not too much.
Place in well oiled (or sprayed) microwave Bundt pan. Microwave for 10 minutes at 50% power, then 5 minutes at full power. Let stand in oven for 5-7 minutes until edges can be seen pulling away from pan.
Turn out onto plate. If covered in a cake carrier, this cake stays moist and delicious for at least 5 days when kept cool.
