Preheat oven at 325°F. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, egg and juice reserving oranges. Blend well. Gently fold in oranges.
Pour batter into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on oven.
Mix whipping cream on medium high until thickened. Slowly add brown sugar and vanilla. Whip until firm.
