Heat up the milk, melt the cream cheese in the milk, always whisk the sauce. Mix the Knorr Sauce Mix with 1/2 cup milk and add to the sauce.
When the sauce start to bubble, put in the salmon, reduce the heat to low, and season with a bit of salt and fresh ground pepper.
Let steam for 10 to 15 min until the salmon is the way you like it (10 min - medium, 15 min - well). Serve with pasta or rice.
