Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Cook in oil until well done.
While cooking chicken put veggies in about 1/4 water and cook on high heat and stir often. Add additional water if necessary until you reach your level of tenderness.
Prepare angel hair pasta according to directions on box. Heat up or make sauce.
When everything is done, place pasta down first; add chicken, then veggies then Alfredo sauce. Serve immediately.
