Saute the mushrooms, green peppers and onions in pan with a small amount of olive oil (you can use butters without the transfatty oils). Saute until they are almost completely cooked.
Add tomato and chicken just to heat up and warm. When all food is completely warmed through take off heat.
Place sauteed food on top of lettuce and cheese and wrap up to eat. Add salad dressing to taste on top of food. You can also just place warmed food over a bed of lettuce and eat as a salad.
