1/4 cup fresh spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
1/4 cup chopped veggie combo (diced celery, radish, carrot, pepper)
1/4 cup diced tomato
6 cooked & peeled shrimp
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/8 cup diced parsley
2 Tablespoons of your favorite oil & vinegar (light) dressing

Start with a pretty bowl. Place the torn lettuce in first.
Then add the rest of the ingredients in the following order: spinach, veggie combo, tomato, shrimp, blue cheese, and parsley.
