Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 cups milk (alternatively 3 cups of milk and 1 cup of condensed milk can be taken)
Sugar as per taste
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup fresh fruits (strawberry, grapes, cherries, banana, mango)
1/2 cup dry fruits
1/4 tsp vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon cardamom finely ground and a pinch saffron

Let's Make It

Heat milk in a pan, bring it to boil. Now add sugar and rice to it and lower the flame. Let the milk thicken and reduce it to half.

Now add vanilla or alternatively you can add cardamom powder and saffron. Let it cool.

Then add the fruits to it and refrigerate. garnish with fruits and serve.
