Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown sausage and ground beef together in same pan then drain excess grease. Boil rotini in water until almost done. Then combined rotini, sausage/beef mix, soup, and Ro*Tel and stir together.
Spray a round casserole dish with non stick spray and pour mix into dish. Then add 1/2-1 cup of water. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese then cut Velveeta from the block of cheese and lay on top of casserole until the top is covered with cheese.
Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling on the sides.
