Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg bacon, sliced into 1 inch squares
1 bag (12 oz.) rotini noodles
2 medium cans tomato sauce
1 medium can stewed tomatoes any style you prefer
Salt
Pepper

First slice the bacon into the squares and place in frying pan. Cook on medium heat.

While the bacon is cooking start a large saucepan of water. Once it starts to boil put in the noodles. The bacon should be close to done now.

Once the noodles are cooked to a desired tendency, drain them and then drain the grease off the bacon. Add the tomato sauce. Slice the stewed tomatoes if desired that way they are not in such big clumps. Add this stuff to the drained noodles. Add the drained bacon pieces and then put as much salt and pepper as you desire.

Simmer on low heat until thoroughly warmed. Then you can either serve it as a main dish or on the side.
