Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 medium green peppers
1 lb browned, drained ground beef (add 1/3 cup diced onion while browning)
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb fresh, diced tomato
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut stem end from the peppers, remove seeds and wash. Place into pan of boiling water till peppers are soft. Turn up-side-down to drain. While peppers are cooking, brown and drain ground beef with diced onion and cook rice according to box directions. Lightly salt insides of cooked peppers. Mix prepared ground beef with diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and cooked Minute Rice.

Stuff mixture into cooked peppers and place into 2 quart casserole dish. Pour 1/2 cup water into bottom of dish. Cover and place in oven.

Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, top with shredded cheese and place back into oven till cheese melts.
