Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp dried fruit (such as cherries, blueberries, raisins, pineapple, dates, ect.)
1 Tbsp oatmeal
1 Tbsp fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp low-fat yogurt (any flavor)

Puree the cottage cheese until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add honey.

In a sealable 1 cup container (an 8 oz. empty Philadelphia Cream Cheese Tub is what I use), sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of the dried fruit on the bottom, then 1 tsp. of the oatmeal over that. Spoon 1/4 cup of the cottage cheese over the fruit. Sprinkle another tsp. of the oatmeal over the cottage cheese, and evenly distribute the blueberries over that.

Cover with yogurt. Sprinkle remaining oatmeal over the yogurt, and spoon on remaining cottage cheese. Evenly distribute dried fruit over top, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
