2 Tbsp rice
Few pieces frozen green beans or peas and carrots
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
Salt & pepper
Few slices onion and bell peppers
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tsp teriyaki sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F. Using aluminum foil about a 14 inch square, form in to a "boat". Put rice in first then the green beans or peas and carrots. Place chicken breast on that. Salt and pepper to taste. Then place slices of onion and peppers on top of chicken.

Mix the liquids together and pour over the whole thing. Fold the foil into a pouch.

Place in oven on a cookie sheet for 45 minutes. Serve in pouch along with a tossed salad and some bread.
