Potato Salad

Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 large size potatoes
1 medium size onion
1 bunch green onions
2 medium size apples
2 cans flaked ham
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
(add more seasoning later to your own taste)
1 1/2 cups Kraft Mayonnaise
Toasted bread or French bread

Cook potatoes with skin on. When done, put them in cold water so they cool off faster or cook them the day before.

Cut onion real fine, the same with the green onion. Peel apples and cut in small pieces. Take all this and put in a big bowl. Then take potatoes, remove the skin, and cut in small pieces. Add to bowl.

Then open your cans off ham, drain juice, and with a fork make ham loose. Add to bowl and mix it a little. Then add your spices first, mix a little, and then add your mayo. Mix well and then taste. Add more spices to taste. Add more mayo to taste.

Put in the fridge for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with toast or French bread if you like. Have yourself a nice meal.
