Melt chocolate and peanut butter together until smooth, let cool. Then incorporate mini marshmallows, stir just until coated.
Coat 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan with margarine just so it's easier to come out. Pour mixture into pan.
Refrigerate till set about 1/2 hour. Cut into bite size pieces or larger, store in fridge.
