Mix hot sauce and butter together and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Fry sectioned wings in a small amount of oil until brown. Put wings in hot sauce mixture and let sit for approx. 15 minutes.
Next place wings from the hot sauce mixture in oven (375°F) for about 45 minutes to an hour or until tender.
When finished pour the remaining hot sauce mixture over the crispy wings and return to oven for another 30 minutes. When finished pour on the blue cheese if desired.
